Appeals Court Upholds Convictions Of Ex-Tyco Execs

Law360, New York (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appeals court on Thursday refused to reverse the criminal convictions of Dennis Kozlowski and Mark Swartz, the former Tyco International Ltd. executives convicted in 2005 of massive accounting fraud.
