Real Estate Rumors: PacBell Building, World Wide, US Bank

Wilson Meany and Stockbridge Capital Group bought the Art Deco office building at 140 New Montgomery in 2007 from AT&T Inc. and planned to convert it to condos, but shelved that plan when the economy tanked, and the building has been empty for nearly six years, according to the report....
