Law360, New York (February 12, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- About two months after thinning its ranks, Philadelphia-based law firm WolfBlock LLP has reduced its associates' pay by 10 percent.
Herman Fala, the managing partner of the firm's Philadelphia office, said Thursday that WolfBlock is reducing “base compensation prospectively.”
“However, we have significantly increased the bonus pool for associates to make their overall compensation more performance-based,” Fala said. No further details were available from the law firm Thursday.
