Real Estate Rumors: New York Times, Apotex, Square Mile

By Andrew McIntyre (February 2, 2017, 7:18 PM EST) -- The New York Times has reached a deal to temporarily move to offices on Sixth Avenue and has signed a short-term sublease with Time Inc. for approximately 160,000 square feet of space there, according to a report on Thursday from The Real Deal that cited sources with knowledge. The deal is for space at 1271 Avenue of the Americas, a Rockefeller Group property, and Time has roughly one year left on its lease at the building, The Real Deal said....
