Law360, New York (March 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- J.P. Morgan Trust Co. NA has asked the court overseeing multidistrict litigation involving an alleged conspiracy to fix wholesale natural gas prices to dismiss the claims against defendant Western Gas Resources Inc.
