Journal Register, JPMorgan Protest Creditors' Probe

Law360, New York (April 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Journal Register Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, one of its biggest lenders, are protesting motions for expedited discovery filed by a committee of unsecured lenders seeking to investigate the media company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
