Law360, Philadelphia (November 16, 2012, 5:42 PM ET) -- AmeriGas Propane LP reached a settlement with the operator of consumer complaint website "Pissed Consumer" in Pennsylvania federal court Thursday, ending a suit that alleged the site used AmeriGas' trademark to confuse consumers into clicking ads for the company's rivals.
U.S. District Judge Ronald Buckwalter signed off on the parties' joint stipulation order dismissing all of AmeriGas' claims against Opinion Corp., which runs the website, with prejudice.
Terms of the settlement could not be obtained Friday.
