Investor's $3M Racketeering Suit Against Atty Booted

Law360, Philadelphia (February 15, 2013, 10:14 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge dismissed a Ukrainian investor’s $3 million racketeering suit Friday after ruling that the case, which accuses an Israeli attorney and businessman of reaping secret profits on coal- and steel-related deals for which he served as an adviser, would be more properly heard in Israel.
