Law360, Philadelphia (February 25, 2013, 6:32 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court ruled Monday that retired members of a Pittsburgh-area transit workers union were not entitled to ad hoc pension increases, affirming an earlier trial court decision that the transit authority lacked the legal authority to bolster the payments.
