Pa. Gov. Says NCAA Skews Facts In Penn State Antitrust Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (February 26, 2013, 1:28 PM ET) -- Pennsylvania's governor said Monday that the National Collegiate Athletic Association falsely claimed that Pennsylvania State University's administration had accepted the sanctions it leveled against the university following the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal in its request to dismiss the state's antitrust suit over the sanctions.
