Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 2:27 PM ET) -- A consumer slapped Oreck Corp. with a class action in Illinois federal court Tuesday, claiming the company falsely advertised that its Halo vacuum could substantially reduce the risk of flu and eliminate virtually all common germs and allergens.
