Coldwell Banker, Franchise Settle Contract Row

Law360, New York (July 08, 2011, 5:31 PM ET) -- Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC settled a dispute with one of its Seattle franchises Friday after a Washington federal court nixed the branch's contract and antitrust claims but kept franchisee and consumer protection allegations alive in the suit.
