Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 7:16 PM ET) -- The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights will not take up former Formula One chief Max Mosley's argument that news organizations should be legally required to notify the subjects of stories before publication, Mosley's lawyers announced Monday.
The Grand Chamber notified the lawyers earlier this month that it would not hear the case, making permanent the court's May judgment that prior notification laws are not required under the European Convention for Human Rights.
