Toyota Pushes For Arbitration In Defective Brake MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (December 05, 2011, 9:31 PM ET) -- An attorney for Toyota Motor Corp. asked a California federal judge on Monday to order several named plaintiffs to arbitrate their consumer protection law claims against the automaker in multidistrict litigation over allegedly defective braking systems in certain Toyota and Lexis hybrid vehicles.
