Ticketmaster Wants High Court Review Of Cert. Ruling

Law360, Washington (February 17, 2012, 4:16 PM ET) -- Ticketmaster LLC asked the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month to reverse a decision holding a class could be certified in a suit alleging Ticketmaster automatically shared more than 1 million customers' financial information with its sister company without their consent or knowledge.
