US Needs New Acquisition Tactics For IT Contracts: Report

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 8:43 PM ET) -- Federal agencies need to develop new acquisition strategies as they look to move toward greater reliance on cloud-based information technology contracts, with a close eye on issues like cybersecurity, privacy risks and e-discovery obligations, a Friday report said.
