Drivers Take DMV Personal Info Sharing Case To High Court

Law360, New York (March 15, 2012, 9:50 PM ET) -- A proposed class of Illinois drivers urged the U.S. Supreme Court last week to review a Seventh Circuit decision holding that companies can obtain drivers' personal information from motor vehicle departments to resell to legally authorized parties.
