Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 7:06 PM ET) -- Companies that demand access to current or prospective employees' Facebook accounts aren't just inviting gripes about worker privacy — they're opening the door for potential discrimination claims and risking running afoul of the National Labor Relations Act, lawyers say.
