Ill. Lawmakers Seek To Protect Workers' Facebook Passwords

Law360, Chicago (May 02, 2012, 7:55 PM ET) -- A bill that would bar employers from demanding workers' passwords to Facebook and other social networking sites passed the Illinois Senate's labor committee on Wednesday, clearing the way for the full Senate to consider amending the measure and sending it to the governor's desk.
