Anti-Blight Portion Of Calif. Mortgage Bills Wins OK

Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- The California State Assembly on Thursday approved an anti-blight bill that is a part of a larger, controversial package backed by the state attorney general that aims to protect homeowners from unfair practices by banks and mortgage companies.
