Funeral Home First Penalized By FTC For Withholding Prices

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 4:03 PM ET) -- A New York-based funeral home operator on Thursday became the first company to pay the Federal Trade Commission a civil penalty for violating a federal consumer protection rule, even though it previously received training for complying with the regulation.
