Franken Prods DOJ On Mobile Tracking Amid Privacy Concerns

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., on Thursday questioned the U.S. Department of Justice about its practice of requesting individuals' location records from wireless carriers, as the U.S. House of Representatives prepares for a hearing next week to consider legislation that would curtail the practice.
