Bank, Credit Fixers Pay $2M To Settle Fee Suit

Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 5:09 PM ET) -- Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust and a group of debt relief companies including Freedom Financial Network LLC have settled a lawsuit for $1.9 million with a class of consumers who alleged the companies defrauded debtors by overcharging and operating without licenses.
