Del. Bill Protecting Workers' Facebook Passwords Advances

Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 4:22 PM ET) -- Delaware on Wednesday became the latest state to advance a bill barring employers from forcing employees or job applicants to disclose their login information for social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, an issue under consideration by lawmakers in nearly a dozen states.
