Law360, Los Angeles (May 25, 2012, 6:40 PM ET) -- The Procter & Gamble Co. was hit with a proposed class action in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday over allegedly false and misleading claims related to its line of so-called anti-aging Olay skin creams.
Advertisements for Olay Regenerist Advanced Anti-Aging Products claim the cream will “regenerate the skin around the eye such that puffiness, dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging are immediately reduced,” the complaint said.
