Law360, New York (June 01, 2012, 10:17 PM ET) -- The federal government urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to uphold its right to track suspects’ vehicles using GPS technology without a warrant, despite a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down the surveillance technique.
