Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 12:24 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday tossed a putative class action alleging Best Buy Co. Inc.'s policy of swiping the driver's licenses of customers returning products constituted a privacy law violation, ruling the suit had not stated a valid claim.
