Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 9:42 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday allowed Google Inc. to exit a consolidated putative class action accusing it of violating consumer privacy laws by offering smartphone apps that allegedly track user data, but forced Apple Inc. to continue defending itself against some claims.
