Expedia, Booking.com Must Make Hotel Deals Clearer: Group

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 12:50 PM ET) -- An advertising industry self-regulating group found Thursday that Booking.com BV and Expedia Inc. used calculations that could have exaggerated how many hotel rooms were offered at certain prices, recommending the sites monitor room availability and disclose restrictions.
