Law360, New York (July 02, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- A man was sentenced in Illinois federal court on Friday to 10 years in federal prison for his part in an alleged telemarketing scheme that prosecutors said bilked 22,000 people out of $30 million.
Florida man Ryan Brazel pled guilty to conspiracy and 12 counts of mail fraud for his role as a top salesman for a time share reselling business located in Palm Beach County, Fla., that prosecutors said preyed on people in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.
