Bar Sues Texas AG To Block Release Of Bank Records

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 9:07 PM ET) -- The State Bar of Texas on Thursday hit state Attorney General Greg Abbott with a suit in state court over his decision to require that documents at the center of an investigation into a Texas Supreme Court deputy clerk's alleged misappropriation be disclosed to a reporter.
