Nutrisystem Pinterest Promos Needed Disclaimers: Ad Group

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 6:38 PM ET) -- The self-regulatory body for the advertising industry said Thursday the weight-loss success stories that Nutrisystem Inc. posted on social networking site Pinterest were consumer testimonials that should have been fully disclosed with material information to avoid misleading consumers.
