Tuna Cos. To Pay $3M To Settle Calif. Underfilled Can Suit

Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 8:08 PM ET) -- A California judge approved a $3.3 million settlement between three major tuna companies and California officials Thursday, resolving a suit accusing the companies of deceiving consumers by including too little tuna in each can they sell.
