Judge Defers To USDA In Dr. Bronner's False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (August 09, 2012, 7:06 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed a false advertising suit brought by Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps against The Hain Celestial Group Inc. and other makers of beauty and skin-care product, saying the interpretation of federal standards for the labeling of such goods as “organic” was outside the jurisdiction of the district court.
