FTC Wraps Up Facebook Privacy Deal Despite Concerns

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 3:56 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Friday granted final approval to a settlement of its claims that Facebook Inc. deceived users about the security and privacy of their personal information, despite objections about the pact's strength from Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch.
