Law360, Philadelphia (August 16, 2012, 6:39 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Office of Open Records cannot compel the disclosure of settlement negotiation-related documents that the city of Pittsburgh has said are protected by attorney-client privilege, a state appeals court ruled Thursday in a loss for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
