Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 6:44 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday approved a $24 million settlement between SLM Corp., the parent company of Sallie Mae Inc., and a class of borrowers who alleged the student loan company autodialed their cellphones in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
