Netflix Urges 9th Circ. To Delete Viewable User Data Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 6:55 PM ET) -- Netflix Inc. on Friday urged the Ninth Circuit to affirm the dismissal of a putative class action accusing it of violating privacy law by displaying subscribers' video lists and other information on their streaming video receivers, saying such disclosures are entirely legal.
