Swire Leaving Do-Not-Track Effort To Tackle NSA Spying

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 6:38 PM ET) -- Privacy expert Peter Swire on Tuesday stepped down as co-chair of the working group struggling to craft an online tracking standard, saying that he needed to focus his attention on his new position as a member of a government surveillance review group recently created by President Barack Obama.
