Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 1:48 PM ET) -- The private equity arm of Bain Capital LLC has been hit with a putative class action from a manager at one of its retail chains who claims Bain has failed to pay overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Dawn Caprone worked for Bain from March 2007 onward in an unspecified store in Broward County, Fla., as a merchandising manager with nonexempt duties, according to her complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Monday.
