Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 4:43 PM ET) -- Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP announced Thursday that it had snagged an experienced corporate finance and private equity attorney from Proskauer Rose LLP to serve as a partner in the firm's Silicon Valley office.
Gabriel Gregson will join the firm Monday, leaving his previous role as counsel in Proskauer's Los Angeles office, Weil said.
