Law360, New York (July 07, 2011, 12:16 PM ET) -- The private investment arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co. said Thursday it had agreed to acquire call center services company APAC Customer Services Inc. for $470 million in cash.
JPMorgan's One Equity Partners will pay shareholders $8.55 per share, a 57 percent premium over Wednesday's closing price, according to the companies. One Equity plans to combine APAC with its existing call center company, NCO Group Inc.
