Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 5:51 PM ET) -- A Chinese capital fund run jointly by venture capital firms Accel Partners Management LLP and International Data Group Inc. has completed a $50 million financing round for gaming company Razer USA Ltd., Razer announced Tuesday.
The minority investment by the IDG-Accel China Capital Fund is the first round of venture capital raised by Carlsbad, Calif.-based Razer, which makes high-performance gaming hardware. Razer said it would use the funds to invest in technology and expand and innovate its design portfolio.
