Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 5:50 PM ET) -- Florida real estate investment firm InSite Group has teamed up with London-based hedge fund Cube Capital Ltd. to buy the 394-room Royal Plaza Hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., for an undisclosed price, InSite said Tuesday.
InSite and Cube plan to renovate the hotel and spa, which is adjacent to the Downtown Disney Resort area of Walt Disney World Resort, which includes some of the park's more adult-friendly attractions, such as a Cirque du Soleil La Nouba show and shopping and dining on Pleasure Island....
