Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 5:21 PM ET) -- The former CEO of Lincolnshire Management Inc. on Monday sued the private equity firm over a dispute arising from an underlying shareholder suit in which a $99 million award was ordered against two Lincolnshire-related investment firms.
