Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP gained its first foothold in China Wednesday with the opening of a new office in Shanghai headed by the private equity specialist who chairs Katten's Asia-China practice.
The new office will represent both American and European companies with business interests in China, as well as Chinese companies that are doing business in the United States, according to a statement the firm issued Wednesday.
