Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 9:42 PM ET) -- The CapStreet Group LLC has bought a majority stake in Houston-based marine cargo handling company Gulf Stream Marine Inc., the private equity firm said Thursday.
Gulf Stream, which specializes in loading and unloading cargo from seagoing vessels, particularly break bulk cargoes that must be loaded individually, has operations at seven terminals in four Texas ports including Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Freeport and Houston.
