Pa. Gov. Knocks Rival's Bid For PE-Owned Philly Papers

Tom Corbett took issue on Thursday with his predecessor's bid to buy two of Philadelphia's biggest newspapers from private equity owners, questioning the ethics of giving a politician control over what should be objective publications.
