Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 1:59 PM ET) -- French private equity firm L Capital Management SA has closed its third fund with capital commitments of more than $525 million, exceeding the firm's goal of $462 million in commitments, L Capital announced Friday.
The fund, L Capital 3 FCPR, will invest in midmarket European lifestyle-branded companies and select retail firms, L Capital said. The fund will look to invest in between 10 and 15 companies with enterprise values of up to $525 million.
