Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 4:04 PM ET) -- NetJets Inc., a private jet group ownership company that is part of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. portfolio, has broken into the Asian aviation market through a joint venture with two Chinese private equity firms, the company announced Monday.
NetJets will partner in NetJets China Business Aviation Ltd. with a consortium of Chinese investors led by Hony Jinsi Investment Management Ltd. and Fung Investments, according to a statement NetJets issued Monday.
